Strawberry Poppyseed Vinaigrette Salad Dressing

This is a very healthy version of a strawberry poppyseed dressing. It goes great with any salad but my most favorite way to eat it is to serve over fresh alfalfa sprouts. Together they taste so good that it's hard to stop eating.

Unlike store bought dressings, this one doesn't have sugar, vinegar and unnecessary chemicals added. All ingredients are natural and healthy to consume. The taste is sour-sweet. To make this dressing you will need to blend together in a blender the following ingredients:

1/2 cup - chopped strawberries

1/2 cup - raspberries

1/2 cup - fresh orange juice

1/2 cup - lemon juice

1/2 Tbsp - dry onion

1/2 tsp - salt

1/2 cup of vegetable oil of your choice. I recommend avocado oil or any other without much flavor or bitterness.

1/2 cup of beet juice for color (optional)

When all ingredients are blended and smooth, add:

1 Tbsp of poppyseeds

Stir and transfer to a dressing bottle. I recommend to let it sit overnight in refrigerator.
