Castor Oil For Skin and Hair

Before I get to my recommendations, I would like to talk about castor oil itself. There are too many options of castor oils available on the market today and it's easy to get confused. I want to share with you the one I use myself for years already. This castor oil is unrefined (virgin),

cold pressed, has no hexane (neurotoxin present in some oils and many soy products), and it is stored in a dark bottle, which preserves freshness.

Castor Oil For Hair

1. Hair strength. Pour a few drops of oil into your palms, rub into your hair and brush. Use just enough oil to make your hair look shiny and not oily. It is enough to apply this method once a week, and after a month you will be pleasantly surprised by how gorgeous your hair looks.

2. Hair mask with castor and coconut oils.

Mix equal parts of two oils according to the length of your hair. Apply to wet, towel dry hair and keep it on for 30 minutes. Wash off with your shampoo as usually. This method provides nourishment and helps your hair get its strength back

3. Hair loss?

Castor oil will come to the rescue again. Add two parts of vodka to one part of the oil, rub into the hair roots. Leave on for as long as you can allow it to yourself. Even for the whole day but at least for 1 hour. Wash as usually. The result will not be long in coming.

4. Dandruff?

Castor oil is great for dandruff too. Add a teaspoon of castor oil into a cup of hot black tea. Add 1/5 of a cup of vodka. Steer it and when the mixture cools down until you can apply it to your hair but not too warm, apply to your hair and rub 1 hour before washing.

Eyelashes. The recipe for using castor oil for the growth and beauty of eyelashes is very simple - apply a thin layer of oil to your eyelashes and the lower part of the eyelid with castor oil several times a week before bed time, and your look will soon become irresistible.

Tip: If you want to see your eyelashes even more beautiful, mix the castor oil one-to-one with coconut oil. The consistency is very soft, and its efficiency is higher.

Facial massage

To do this, take a tablespoon, hold it a little over the gas so that the metal warms up. Then remove and pour castor oil into it. It heats up quickly - it is in this form that castor oil is better absorbed into the skin. A face massage with heated castor oil is especially recommended for women over 30, as it helps to reduce wrinkles.
