I would like to share with you a Quinine recipe. What is it? It is actually a medical ingredient which was taken out of production by Bill Clinton even though it is highly effective for many health issues.

It even helps patients with Coronavirus. It is analgesic, anesthetic, antiarrhythmic, antibacterial, antimalarial, antimicrobial, antiparasitic, antipyretic, antiseptic, antispasmodic, antiviral, astringent, bactericide, cytotoxic, febrifuge, fungicide, insecticide, nervine, stomachic, and tonic. So, you can be sure that Big Pharma is scared to death at this point and screaming that this drug doesn't work... when the entire world sees that it is working.
If you ever feel a chest cold coming on or just feel like you are getting sick, make your own quinine. It is made out of the peelings of grapefruits and lemons, but better grapefruits. I will give you the recipe which should take away all your fears about this VIRUS, because you now have the defense against it and many other things.
Make sure you have zinc ready and take it along with this recipe. Zinc propels the quinine into your cells for a much faster healing. If you are sick, about 100-150 mg of zinc a day is proven to be safe and effective. I would recommend raw zinc which can be found under many brands. I would not recommend trying to get enough zinc with just your food during sick days as vegetables and nuts don't have enough of it in them. You would literally have to eat a lot in order to meet daily need.
So, here is all you need to do to make your very own quinine. Take the skin of 2-3 grapefruits (depending on the size of your fruits). Take the peel only and cover it with water about 3 inches above the peels. Cover it with a lid which has no steam hole in it. Let it simmer for about 2 hours on low temperature. In a couple of hours turn the stove off and let the mixture cool down together, while it sits on the stove. Do not take the lid off of the pot till it is completely cold, as this will allow the quinine to escape in the steam.
Take 1 tablespoon every 2 hours along with zinc. Discontinue as soon as you get better. If the taste is too bitter for you then try adding raw unfiltered wildflower honey to the cold mixture.
This remedy is effective in people regardless of their age, gender, race, allergies, or cold severity. It works for everyone and has zero side effects.
