Raw Vegan Cashew Cream Cheese - (K)

This is a very good substitute to a dairy cream cheese. You add any flavor you like to it, such as blueberries or garlic, chives, etc.

1 cup raw cashews, soaked for at least 12 hours in cold water
1/2 tsp salt
1 Tbsp of fresh lemon juice for plain or sweet additions. For salty additions add 2 Tbsp of lemon juice
Blend all ingredients in a blender till smooth. Keeps in refrigerator for 2-3 days.
