Raw Vegan Salad Dressing (P)(A)

1/3 cup raw almond nuts (soaked over 12 hours in cold water)
1/3 cup raw sunflower seeds (also soaked)
1/3 cup of raw cashews (soaked as well)
Juice of 2 large lemons (or 3 medium size)
1/2 head of romaine lettuce (or 3 celery sticks)
1 whole tomato
1/2 cup of any bell peppers, chopped
1/4 of large onion
1/2 cup chopped parsley
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
2 garlic cloves
3 tsp pink salt (you can skip salt if have health issues)
1/3 cup water
Throw all together in a blender and blend till creamy. Keeps in refrigerator for 2-3 days
