Vitamin Salad to Boost Immune System - (P)(A)(C)(K)

Here is one of such salads which turns out super nutritional and tastes good.


Ingredients:

Carrots

Black Spanish Radish

Butternut Squash (raw)

Hemp seeds (can put any other seeds. Only make sure they are raw.)

Truffle oil (only for flavor)

A pinch of black salt


*For veggies can be zucchini, raw white potato, white cabbage and many others


Grind carrots, radish and butternut squash, add hemp seeds approximately 2-3 Tbsp, salt to taste and about 1 Tbsp of Truffle oil for flavor.
